As principal contractor, the Abbey Group is delivering the complete end-to-end conversion of Audley House, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality construction from design to handover.

- Comprehensive site and project management to maintain quality, safety, and programme control throughout
- Close liaison with Liverpool City Council and heritage specialists to ensure the preservation of the building’s historic character

Heritage Façade Retention and Structural Works
- Careful retention and restoration of original brickwork, stone turrets, and sash windows
- Replication of heritage detailing to maintain the building’s distinctive street frontage
- Construction of set-back rooftop extensions adding new residential floors while preserving historic sightlines
- Structural reconfiguration and installation of new vertical circulation cores to meet modern residential standards
Subcontractor Coordination
- Appointment and management of specialist subcontractors for heritage restoration, structural works, M&E systems, and internal fit-out
- Integrated scheduling, supervision, and quality control across all trades to ensure seamless delivery
