Audley House Liverpool

Summary: The Abbey Group will deliver the full conversion of Audley House on London Road, Liverpool, transforming this historic retail building into 199 modern apartments. As main contractor and project manager, we will oversee heritage façade retention, structural reconfiguration, and the addition of new rooftop extensions.

Summary: We delivered full site and project management for LE1 Living, overseeing health and safety, coordinating specialist subcontractors, and utilising our in-house M&E teams, joiners, and workshop manufacturing to ensure a high-quality residential development.

Summary: We refurbished a series of executive suites at Durham Cricket Ground to elevate the hospitality experience. Our work modernised the spaces with new electrics, finishes, and fittings, delivering a clean, professional environment for matchday and event use.

STACK St James’

Summary: Located adjacent to St. James’ Park in Newcastle, this 3,000-capacity fanzone was developed in partnership with Newcastle United and Sela. Constructed using 56 repurposed shipping containers arranged around a central plaza and main stage, the venue offers a dynamic space for fans and visitors alike. The Abbey Group provided comprehensive project delivery, including full site and project management, mechanical and electrical packages, joinery, partition walls, and ceiling installations. Additionally, we oversaw all civil works, landscaping, steel erection, and decoration contractors. The fanzone enhances matchday experiences and serves as a vibrant social destination throughout the week.
